Genesis AI Avatar Studio follows a project-based pricing model, meaning each AI avatar is managed within an individual project that requires a separate subscription. 

Subscription plans are defined by the following key parameters:

  • Conversation minutes – The amount of real-time interaction time allocated for your AI avatar per chosen billing period.
  • Concurrent connections – The number of users that can engage with your avatar in live mode at the same time across all endpoints.
  • Subscription Period – Defines how often your subscription renews, based on the chosen billing cycle (either Monthly or Annually).

RAVATAR offers several pricing tiers to suit different business sizes and needs - you can explore all available options, along with their detailed comparison, on the RAVATAR Pricing page.

Should you reach your subscription limits, you can switch to another plan or reorder the subscription package for your current pricing plan at any time. 

Custom Services and Add-ons​

Beyond default subscription plans, RAVATAR offers a range of additional services and features, such as:

  • Creation of unique AI avatars tailored to your brand, project, or event
  • High-end 4K visual quality for AI Holograms
  • Integration with 3rd-party AI services and custom LLMs

For organizations with unique demands and large-scale projects, RAVATAR offers a negotiable Enterprise plan.  It unlocks access to the majority of premium features, while the rest of the conditions are tailored around your business case.

You can opt for an Enterprise plan through the Contact Us form (choose ‘Genesis Studio’ as a subject) or directly in the Studio dashboard, by selecting this option within the PROJECT > Pricing Plan list for an existing AI avatar project:
