Subscription Management

Depending on your current subscription status, your AI avatar project can be labeled Active or Inactive:

Your project is marked as Active once a subscription is purchased. This means your AI avatar is now available for real-time interaction and can be integrated into your digital platform. By default, subscription renews automatically on a monthly or yearly basis (depending on the chosen plan), ensuring uninterrupted service.

If a project is labeled Inactive, it indicates that either no subscription has been purchased yet or you have manually disabled its auto-renewal. In the latter case, your AI avatar will continue to function until the current subscription period ends or the included conversation minutes are fully used up.

Auto-Renewal Settings

As mentioned above, subscriptions are billed automatically according to the billing cycle you selected when activating the project (monthly or annual). However, you can adjust this setting if necessary, i.e., temporarily pause auto-renewal (for instance, to analyze your resource usage at the end of the cycle and decide which subscription tier suits you best) and enable it again later to keep payments continuous.

Follow the steps below to:

• Deactivate Subscription Auto-Renew
• Reactivate Subscription Auto-Renew

Deactivate Subscription Auto-Renew

You can turn off subscription auto-renewal at any time if needed. To do so, go to the PROJECT wizard section and click Cancel Subscription:

Confirm your decision in the pop-up that appears.

The same change can also be applied by selecting Deactivate from the menu under the three-dots icon on the project tile in the dashboard panel:

Please note that deactivation applies only to your subscription’s auto-renewal. If you need to temporarily pause your AI avatar’s activity instead, simply remove the widget script from your website or stop holographic streaming, depending on your integration type.

As a result, your project subscription will not automatically renew for a new billing cycle after the current period ends. Until that time (or until all included conversation minutes are used, whichever comes first), your AI avatar will remain fully operational.

Please keep in mind that once the subscription expires, your AI avatar will stop responding. Any user attempting to start a conversation will see the message: “The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later or contact the website owner.”

Reactivate Subscription Auto-Renew

Automatic renewal can be restored whenever you decide to continue your subscription. The appropriate Activate Subscription option is available on the PROJECT wizard tab for your AI avatar with a deactivated subscription:

Similarly, you can Activate subscription auto-renewal through the menu at a project tile in the dashboard panel:

Depending on your subscription’s state, one of the following will apply:

• If your previous subscription is still valid:
  Auto-renewal will be re-enabled instantly, with your project continuing to operate under the existing subscription.
• If your last subscription has already expired:
  You’ll be redirected to the Stripe checkout page to purchase a new subscription package.
